The PR-521 ColorMate / SpotMate system is a completely portable hand-held, battery powered auto-ranging photometer and colorimeter. It provides everything you need for video calibration in one small package at a surprisingly affordable price.
It features a backlit touch- screen LCD display, USB interface, Secure Digital (SD) card and rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
Through-the-Lens Optics
The through-the-lens optical system (Pritchard Optics) gives you unambiguous target alignment. What you see through the viewfinder is the exact area you are measuring.

The PR-521 is a combination of two other Photo Research Units: The PR-525 Photometer / Colorimeter, and the PR-523 through-the-lens optical system.
