U3 Serial Number
If you are purchasing a CalMAN Professional license, you should supply the serial number of a U3 flash via e-mail.   If you are purchasing the Standard edition, you do not need to supply a serial number. 

Support
Both versions come with twelve months of free upgrades and support. After that, annual support subscriptions can be purchased to ensure that your software stays up to date with all of the latest enhancements and fixes.

Hardware availability
Hardware usually ships the next business day after the order is received, but if we are out of stock, there can be a delay.  Contact us before ordering to check on product availability if you need the hardware immediately.

International orders
We happily ship to any country not currently embargoed by the US Government.   (There are CalMAN users in over 30 countries.)  By default, we will ship US Postal Service combined with the destination country's Post.  However, we are happy to ship via a common carrier of your choice. Contact us for custom freight quotes.
